This requirement for a person to work with us on a temporary basis to help clean a data base of customers and prospects.

This individual would be expected to use the Internet and make calls to find company addresses, sector, and more important the decision makers names and email addresses.


They would need to have the following Qualities:

•         Telemarketing experience preferred

•         Telesales experience preferred

Job Roles

•         Research company contact details from the Internet and input them into a database

•         Being able to ascertain a company’s Decision Maker/Relevant contact, and if possible get their contact details from various lists of company names

•         Enquiring with the decision maker if they were in the market for our products. Transferring to sales team if the answer is yes.

•         Customer satisfaction callbacks – transferring to relevant department if needed

•         Customer quote callbacks – declaring a quote active or dead.
